Unique And Important Mosaico Vase
Materials:
internally decorated glass with murrine and glass rods

Dia 6.25 in.
Markings:
Signed with murrina to base: [AB]
Condition:
The lower portion of the vase with a stable horizontal annealing crack measuring nine inches in length located 1.5 inches from the base. The crack is located in the dark ground portion of the decorative scheme. The vase with slight unevenness to the underbase but sits stably when righted. A unique and rare work with exceptionally rendered decoration in a variety of murrine techniques.
