(1) Sheet is hinged to support at upper left and upper right. A slight ripple to sheet. The numerals "67" are written in pencil at upper left. Remnants of old adhesive on reverse, partially visible on recto at lower left and lower right; (2) Sheet is hinged to support at upper left and upper right. Glue stains on verso at upper left, upper right, center left, center right, lower left and lower right, not visible on recto.
