Condition:

This work is in very good condition overall. Under extremely close inspection, there is very minor evidence of handling to the extreme edges of the sheet, most notably at the corner tips which are slightly dulled. There are areas visible on the recto and verso sides of the work where the oil medium has spread over time and has lightly discolored the sheet, which is inherent to the artists chosen medium and working method. Further close inspection reveals a few minute and unobtrusive black accretions scattered throughout which are likely evidence of stray media and from the time of execution. The sheet is lightly time stained. The sheet is hinged recto at each corner to the mat. Framed under Plexiglas. The lot is sold in the condition it is in at the time of sale.
