Condition:

cover set with a porcelain plaque painted in sepia with a portrait of Empress Alexandra Feodorovna simulating a cameo, all within green gold laurel borders, the outer border also set with rose gold rosettes at corners, with a rose-cut diamond-set thumb-piece, base and on rim; the body and hinged cover enamelled in translucent pale blue over a wavy Guilloché Ground, marked inside cover; in a fitted wartski case
