Condition:

In our opinion these works are overall in good condition. Individual issues as follows: Plate 14 with a semi circular tear in the upper right corner of image, approx. 1 x 1 cm; a small number of vertical tears along the lower sheet edge, largest 1 cm; a couple horizontal tears at the centre right sheet edge, largest 2 cm; and a soft diagonal crease (7 cm) across the upper right sheet corner. Plate 29 with a small pale grey scuff to the centre right of image. All sheets with very pale toning, further pale time-staining, and very occasional minute foxmarks in the margins. Most with one or two minute bumps to sheet tips and/or a few small soft handling creases at sheet edges (all approx. 2 cm). A few with one or two pale handling marks and/or minor spots of surface soiling in the margins. The portfolio boards with pale uneven paper discolouration; minor soiling; small bumps to corners; and very small losses at the lower right corner and lower inner spine.
