Condition:

This work has not been examined out of its frame. The work is framed in the artist's blue, yellow, green and orange frame. The canvas and stretcher are in good condition. The artist's use of materials is evident throughout. There is minor rubbing to the upper right corner of the canvas, areas of surface dirt, a mark to the upper left horizontal edge (approx. 2 cm in length), and scattered accretions, most noticeable to the upper white impasto area towards the upper left edge, and a scattered spot beneath the green passage in the centre left, all only visible on close inspection. This work has been examined under ultraviolet light and no restorations appear. Otherwise, there are no apparent condition issues with this work.
